  • WHERE IS THE FACILITY LOCATED?
    We are located at: 813 S Pueblo Blvd Pueblo, CO 81005
  • WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS?
    Mon - Fri: 10:00am – 4:00pm Sat - Sun: Closed
  • WHEN ARE RENTAL PAYMENTS DUE?
    The rental due date is the first day of the month. A late fee is enforced if payments are not received by the 6th day of the month. The easiest way to get your payment to us quickly is through your online account.
  • HOW DO I PAY MY STORAGE BILL?
    You can pay your monthly bill online using a debit or credit card in our payment portal. Click the "Pay Rent" tab on our website.
  • WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY BELONGINGS?
    You can access your belongings in the summer 7 days a week from 8am-7pm Our winter access hours begin after Labor Day weekend and are 7 days a week from 8am-6pm
  • IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
    Yes, you are required to have tenant insurance to protect your items. You can use your own insurance or our properties provided insurance when booking a unit.
  • AM I REQUIRED TO STORE LONG-TERM?
    Tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
  • DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN LOCK?
    Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your unit. Please check with the office to see if we have any available for purchase.
